He will drop it off at the curbside of your home, you are responsible for transporting your order from the curbside into your home. Inside Delivery (Local Residents Only): Your order will be delivered into the threshold of your home (first room of entry and or garage) please note that extra fees apply if there are stairs involved. Driver will not set up and or unpack your items as this is an inside delivery service without assembly service. White Glove in Home Assembly (Local Residents Only): Your order will be delivered into your home and in your room of choice with a 30 minute - 1 hour call ahead from our delivery driver. Our furniture installation technician will unpack your furniture, set it up in the room of choice, and remove all packaging debris post installation. This is a full white glove service, kick back, relax, and enjoy your new furniture without lifting a finger! For locations with stairs involved, additional charges may apply. LTL Direct Home Shipping (Out of Area Customers): Some of our products do not quality for free direct home shipping for customers outside of the local area. You will see a delivery charge on the check out page for your order to ship to you with a LTL Freight Carrier. The freight company will give you a courtesy phone call a few days in advance to schedule a time and date for curbside delivery so you will know exactly when to expect them. Please have plenty of help available to help you carry in your goods since the driver is not responsible for inside delivery. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are not included. |

Wish I could submit a picture!This 3 piece setis hard to find as the few other places where I did find it didn't sell it with the chair.It is gorgeous and the quality is just beautiful The cushions are firm and comfortable and made out of chenille. The nail head trim is gorgeous.This company offered the lowest price compared to the few other places I found it.We have as A-frame ceiling in our living room and this over-sized type of set is of perfect dimensions for the room.Creates a rustic elegance which is what I was looking for.Free delivery but got the White-Glove Service and it was so quick and worth it with very skilled and friendly help to set it all up. It was a leap of faith to order furniture online without a showroom but it was so worth the risk, The salespeople are honest/patient and do not try to push a sale. It's been a refreshing' pleasant change of pace to deal with this company. And,in case you're wondering (because I know that I was,all the furniture is new and comes in sealed boxes- There are no "open box" or "damaged items." All new and beautiful. I will. keep looking at what this company has to offer as I need more items.Best kept secret in San Diego- Couldnt be happier with my purchase!
